Once again, Kris has outdone herself on the graphics here. Nice animation and clear graphics.

James, the story is awesome, verry gripping and addictive, the nice sound effects also bring this game to life too.

I will diffinetly be purchasing a copy of the full game soon. Having not read the original books myself I am intregiued to read them now, though i have watched some films which include the three musketeers in there story.

You can tell how much time and effort has been put into this game. Its never easy to create a game adaption from a book or film, many have failed in there attempts. Mainly from trying to be too complex in there approuch and the game play. This game seems to pull you into the story.

Many thanks, DingoGames.

Tasty Planet / Version Updates
« on: February 10, 2010, 03:17:13 AM »
Hi James,
I was wondering somthing. I bought my copy of Tasty Planet from and I got curious recently about updates to it (and your other games too possibly). You see my copy that from Reflexive states version, and the version on your download demo is version 1.2 (when you goto options from the main menu). Now, reflexive has a tab on there page for Tasty Planet regarding updates but there is no info there, and on your website I havent seen any info regarding update releases and what has been updated/fixed etc.

So, i have the following questions;
1. Am i entitled to the latest version of Tasty Planet seeing as I have all ready bought a copy, be it from a different source, and if so where can i get the update?
2. Is there a place to check updates releases and if not will you start creating a release log for your games?
3. ..... i'm out, hehe.

Tasty Planet / An awesome game!

Hi James,
I am so glad to hear this bit of news. I emailed you a while ago, maybe this time last year? regarding Tasty Planet and if you where going to be working on a sequal or if they where plans on updating the original. I thank you for your reply and words of encouragement for me to learn to program games, my game learning code was based off your Tasty Planet idea (dont worry, no graphics, sounds or code was used from your works, it was just inspiration and great practice if anyones thinking of starting to program games). Anyways, i didnt release anything it was just for my own curiosity and learning.

I can not wait to see what you guys come up with for a sequal. Let me know if you need some inspiration if your working and get a bit brain dead one (I know this happens when creating games now  ). Oh and maybe something like a Global Hiscores system would be a good idea (just use a server for saving the hiscores too).

Cheers James and good look with the sequal. (oh and greetings to your wife who does awesome work also, keep going, never let anything hold ya back)
