Tasty Planet: Back for Seconds / Re: I have a challenge!

You couldn't prove these probably, but you could try to at least do them.

Dedicated Dendrophobic: Get any medal on Cherry Blossoms without eating the tree. (Dendrophobia is the fear of trees.)

Pause?: In Cherry Blossoms, start the level, then leave to get a drink with it still running, then come back and gold it. (Your kitchen will have to be the room beside your computer like mine probably.)

What these show is that the gold time is MUCH too high for that level.

Remember that while it's called goo, it is made out of metal robots. I don't think it would have a trail.

I also want it -10!

Negative 10? Why don't you like it?

Positive 10 for me. Or more. In fact, positive 11.

But it is not called electron, every object in the Microtechnologicalverse have the word "Microtechnological" before the object name. So the Electron is called "Microtechnologiacal Electron."

That will get annoying after the first 5 thousand objects.

Level 43: Spacing Is Needing. Time: 5:00
A level which intelligence is needed. A transmitter bomb is at the orbit. You must eat the wires in the correct order to finish this level and eat the bomb. If the wrong wire is eaten, then "BOOOOOOOM!", you die.

Would people want it to be puzzly? Wouldn't they just want to see how fast they can do it? Also, the challenge is gone after the first completion and then the level takes 5 seconds. I do love Tasty Planet logic though. It can eat everything except for attacks. For instance, shuriken on the ground, fine. Moving shuriken, horrible.

Level 42: Out For The Space. Time: 4:00
A battling level. get the boss(a gigantic spacecraft) down by eating him.

Don't you have too many battling levels? Also, you have them WAY too early. It shouldn't be the third level. In fact, it shouldn't be for a long time even after this. Notice they were bonus levels in TP2. Also, 20 goos would obliterate you.

Level 44: Machinelaserspacetular. Time:3:00
A level just like Machinelaser, but instead of cats, it is spacecrafts. Instead of leaves, it's asteroids.

I....I'm not too happy about that level...

Level 45: A Visiter From The Distance. Time: 3:00
Hello! We have an alien visiter! Wait! It's attacking the Earth! Take down their Master Space Ship!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mothership is the highest level of ship. By the way...visitor.

Least Favorite: "Laser Shuttles".

Manages to combine almost all of the most annoying mechanics in the game: tons of randomness, small objects that are hard to grab, things that shoot you and become inedible right before you would have eaten them, things that explode right before you would have eaten them, etc. (though at least it doesn't randomly kill you right at the end of a long level the way "All The Way Down Hard" sometimes does).  Sometimes you end up just sweeping up and down the left side, waiting for things to spawn and eating them before you even get to see what they were; the only worse-balanced level is "Tasty Tanks", which at least has eye candy.  Fairly monotonous level, right up there with ones like "Horsies" and "Ninja Attack".

You don't like laser shuttles? They are a reminder of the first game, are much easier than the ones from the first game, small objects give it more challenge but not too much, the randomness allows it to be possible to always improve the highscore, and early in the level crashing the shuttles into big rocks always feels nice. You also have to race the shuttles before they can crash into something which requires strategy.  Adapting to a situation as it happens is more challenging than doing the same thing over and over again. I'm bad at the level, but I like it.

Also, the other reason I like cherry blossoms is because it has lots of objects. I love watching all of the objects dissapear and seeing the ridiculous total objects at the end.

Tasty Planet: Back for Seconds / Re: I ate the high scores
« on: August 07, 2012, 05:02:10 AM »
Wow, the scores for all of the levels are so much harder, I know I haven't gotten worse at the game, I improved several of my scores and unlocked the first few levels of future bonus. I even got within .07 of my Cherry Blossoms score. Maybe I should try the 2 player levels.

Edit: Ok, it turns out I'm horrible at them...back to seeing if there is anything you forgot to optimize in 1 player...

Just don't think about it. Its a part of the internet.

Bonus levels aren't very fun in my opinion.

Goo must have very advanced behaviours.

Some levels wouldn't be available to vs. mode. They might not all work.
